After more than three decades leading public safety operations, enterprise security modernization, and emergency management initiatives, I founded Consultant Hub, LLC with one mission: to help organizations confidently prepare their people for an increasingly complex security landscape.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving at the intersection of public safety, healthcare, government, and critical infrastructure and leading large-scale initiatives where operational excellence wasn't simply a business objective, but a responsibility measured in lives, resilience, and public trust.
From modernizing enterprise surveillance systems and physical security infrastructure to directing multi-agency emergency management initiatives, I've learned that technology alone doesn't make organizations safer
